The Villa Bed & Breakfast COVID Opening

Award Winning Bed & Breakfast

The Villa Bed & Breakfast offers its guests a unique experience while taking in a little piece of Texas wine country. Named, “Best Romantic Getaway”, The Villa embodies the values of Messina Hof with timeless heirlooms, such as the Great Room, which features beautiful stained glass windows from The Louvre in Paris as well as stained glass from one of the original Spanish missions in Texas. Each of the 11 spacious suites are individually furnished and pay tribute to romantic and historical icons such as Romeo & Juliet or D’Artagnan. Other amenities include private patios with lakeside views, balconies, oversized tubs, wifi access and all-inclusive packages.

Tasting of 4 Wines in the Tasting Room

Enjoy a special tasting where a staff member will take you through four different wines and cover tasting techniques, pairings, and what makes each wine unique.

ROOM RATES

The Villa rates vary from $165 to $320 per night based on special events and peak seasons.

A two night minimum is required on weekends, special events, and holidays. Special events include Messina Hof Events, Texas A&M University home football games, Gradutions, and Parents' Weekends.

To reserve a one-night stay on weekends, please call directly for availability. We ask that these reservations are made at least three days prior to the date that you are requesting.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

For reservations made less than a year in advance:

For cancellations with less than a month's notice, but more than one week’s notice prior to arrival, guests will forfeit the deposit.
For cancellations with less than a week's notice, the guest is charged the full room rate.

For reservations made a year or more in advance OR for groups reserving the whole Villa (all 11 rooms):

For cancellations made with less than two months notice, but more than two weeks notice prior to arrival, guests will forfeit the deposit.
For cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, the guest is charged the full room rate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are pleased to offer uniquely appointed rooms in a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony/patio only.
No pets are allowed at the Villa.
Room rates are based on double occupancy only.
